Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not modified or adjusted in anyway, unworn with tags (merchandise), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: Most products are made to order therefore we are unable to provide refunds / exchanges for change of mind after the order has been placed as once orders are received into our system, production commences. Orders can only be returned once goods have been received by the customer. Please see details below for more detail.
To start a return, you can contact us at billy@mckinnonscruisers.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at your cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A restocking fee of 20% of the total price of the product will be required to be paid when parts are returned and the refund is processed. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If items are not checked and test fitted within a 10 day period of the items being received, McKinnon's Cruisers reserves the right to deny a return/refund or exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most products are made to order therefore we are unable to provide refunds/exchanges for change of mind after the order has been placed as once orders are received into our system, production commences. McKinnon's Cruisers reserves the right to provide refunds/exchanges on a case by case basis however a restocking fee of 20% of the total price of the product will be required to be paid prior to the cancellation of the order. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products - special orders/personalised items/secondhand or reconditioned parts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or second hand items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A restocking fee of 20% of the price of the product will be deducted from the total refund amount prior to your refund being finalised.
Products
All products manufactured and sold by McKinnon's Cruisers are free from defects. If on the occasion where a defect is found, the customer must report the defect to McKinnon's Cruisers within a reasonable time frame of it occurring. McKinnon's Cruisers has the right to repair, replace, or offer a refund. McKinnon's Cruisers has the right to refuse claims relating to normal wear and tear, rust caused by salt water, corrosion because of exposure to chemicals, damage as a result of the product being used outside of its intended use, if modifications or other work has been completed by a third party, damage as a result of the product being poorly maintained, damage that has occurred due to improper fitment. The customer must provide proof of purchase when making the claim. McKinnon's Cruisers is not liable for any parts (new / secondhand or re-conditioned) fitted by the customer or a third party to the vehicle.
